跆拳道的腰带怎么系呀

For those who are new to Taekwondo tying the belt can be a bit daunting However with practice and patience it can quickly become second nature Here are some simple steps to help you tie your Taekwondo belt

Step 1: Fold the Belt

The first step is to fold the belt in half Hold the belt in front of you with the two ends together then fold it in half so that the two ends are parallel and the belt forms a loop

Step 2: Place the Belt Around Your Waist

Place the looped end of the belt against your belly button and wrap the two loose ends around your waist holding the ends at your sides The end on your right side should be held with your left hand and the end on your left side with your right hand

Step 3: Cross the Ends and Bring Them Upwards

Cross the ends at the side of your waist and bring them upwards holding the ends in place with your fingers The end that was originally on your right side should be on top and the end that was originally on your left side should be on the bottom

Step 4: Tuck the Top End Underneath

Take the top end and tuck it underneath the belt and bring it out so that it is now on the bottom This creates a loop with both ends of the belt

Step 5: Bring the Top End Over and Tuck it in the Loop

Take the top end and bring it over the loop and tuck it in the loop pulling it tight so that the knot is secure

Step 6: Adjust the Belt

Adjust the belt so that it sits comfortably on your waist and the two ends are equal in length The belt should be tight enough to stay in place during training but loose enough to allow for movement

With these steps you should now have a securely tied Taekwondo belt Remember practice makes perfect!
