I like to paint and practice Taekwondo

How did you develop an interest in painting?

I developed an interest in painting from a young age I was always fascinated by colors and shapes and I enjoyed expressing my creativity on paper

What do you enjoy about painting?

I enjoy the freedom of expression that painting provides It allows me to convey my emotions and thoughts through visual art I also find it relaxing and therapeutic

What made you interested in Taekwondo?

I became interested in Taekwondo after watching a martial arts movie I was inspired by the discipline the physical fitness involved and the mental strength required

How has practicing Taekwondo influenced you?

Practicing Taekwondo has taught me discipline respect and perseverance It has improved my physical fitness and coordination It has also given me a sense of confidence and self-defense skills
